Reverse Pick-Up Option

  • Charges: ₹90 per exchange item, paid upfront.
  • Process: Reverse pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you must ship the product to us.

Condition for Exchange

  • Products must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items are not eligible.
  • Each item is eligible for one-time exchange only.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Charges: ₹120 per item returned, to be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Process: Reverse pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you must ship the product to us.

Self-Shipping Option

You can ship the product directly to us at no additional deduction:

Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credits within 5-7 working days after product inspection.
  • COD Orders: Refunds will be processed to your UPI or bank account, or as store credits based on your preference when raising the request.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: COD charges are non-refundable.

Damages or Defects
